We, the members of the Quaboag Regional School District staff, in order to promote the salary, tenure, retirement, working conditions, health and professional growth of the staff hereby adopt the following objectives:
- to promote harmonious relations among the members of the faculty, staff, and administration
- to promote a congenial social atmosphere among teachers, staff, families, and friends of the Quaboag Regional School District
- to encourage and assist other local organizations of teachers, and promote cooperation among these organizations and the members thereof
- to increase the efficiency of education as a public service
- to engage in any other related activities as are consistent with the law, do hereby adopt the following by-laws.
